A Constantly Evolving Website
Improving the user experience through design and making educated SEO choices have seen positive returns in traffic patterns and lead form submissions for SierraOlympia.com. By creating high quality content, on topics related to the product, we were able to rank on page one of google searches for a targeted market. Following up with clients and telling their story to our audience created marketing partnerships that had further reach and strengthened our relationship with our customers. Through organization of our URL links and campaign tracking, we were able to visualize our customer journey and growth, and adjust our investments accordingly.

The Micron Design System
The Micron Design System is built to fit the needs of Sierra-Olympia. It is an extension of the brand that gives specific rules on spacing, typography, and color usage when creating digital applications. These sample pages are from a version of the library that brands the atoms available in markdown language for Sierra-Olympia’s repeatable product documentation and is WCAG AA compliant.

Trade Shows
Trade shows can be costly endeavors where it is difficult to track who you meet and what sales are created. Sierra-Olympia focuses on trade shows as opportunities to meet new companies, demo products, or announcing new products. For trades shows it was my job to asses the show’s industry focus, organize costs, and apply for local or federal grants to reduce the companies out of pocket costs. After a show was finished, new leads were added to our Salesforce database, then tracked for our sales report to give us insight into the success of a trade show.
